working in hospital, community and mental health setting, providing care to patients, working under the NMC, having responsibility of monitoring patients needs.
yes lots of new skills, communication, taking bloods, documentation, understanding deterioration. monitoring when a patient needs a review by a doctor and having responsibility of my own patients, ng passing on neonatal babys. medications.
i really enjoyed it, it helped me find myself again and lots of support
it was organised well most the times but just s few hiccups when its come to assignments, explaining to someone with learning needs. overall it was good.
