My confidence has grown and I have developed my presenting skills, and improved excel skills
It's a great opportunity as I get to see multiple different parts of the business to help me decide what career I want to do after
It wasn't very organised at the start but has definitely improved in the last 2 years, my placements are well organised, I get a lot out o them
I get lots of support, I have weekly check ins with my manager and mentor to check I am okay with my workload, university work and okay in general
The lecturers are fairly good at responding to emails if I have any queries with university work, and my tripartite reviews are good to ensure I am on track
My degree helps me to learn about the different process in the supply chain, and through my placements I can apply them to work
Yes, the early careers socials team organise multiple different socials, I've been to the Early careers winter ball, and lots of team meals and nights out
