  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I began the course in November 2024 and have already learned so much in just two months. I have worked in social care for 14 years, and most of my skills in data and analytics have been self-taught. As a result, I’ve sometimes struggled with self-doubt and imposter syndrome. However, this apprenticeship is transforming my confidence. I’ve realised I can truly hold my own alongside experienced learners in the cohort. So far, I’ve gained valuable knowledge about the data lifecycle and data quality, which I’m already applying in my role within the Learning and Development team. Our team produces critical management information on training and compliance, empowering frontline managers and helping senior leaders make informed decisions. Thanks to the transfer of levy funds, I’m better equipped to improve the work I produce, and I’m incredibly excited to see how much more I’ll grow during the 18-month program.
