Category Manager working in the supply chain team, which involves working with supply chain partners to ensure the best quality, delivery and cost is provided to E.ON operational teams for their requirements.
Significant knowledge gained on my sector and area of support, the business has allowed me to visit projects to witness the products and partners, whilst attend trade events and shows to further increase knowledge. I have gained significant depth of knowledge of the business areas and how my role interacts with these.
Very good, all students are encouraged to participate and discuss, with support available throughout.
Excellent support from my team, line manager, director and wider E.ON business.
It has provided a holistic view to how I approach tasks, trying to understand the objective of the requirement, what I need to do and how I can best achieve it, with the confidence to ask questions and challenge where relevant.
There are numerous activities available from NTU to be involved in.
