I have developed skills for the following Excel, Email, Word, Oracle, Fusion

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy the program I have been able to move at my own pace and I have been able to get through my exam fast in which I am now at the end of level 4 AAT.

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

Really well structured

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

Daily I get teams messages from my manager checking I am ok and if there is any support I need and once a week we have a 1-1 in which we can discuss work loads and any questions I have

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

We have monthly progress reviews I can also email them if I need extra support and coming up to exams we normally have a catch up call to see how I am feeling

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

A lot, I have lot of resources, prerecorded videos, online lessons, text books

8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

We have a fortnight meeting with all apprentices and FDPs in which we set up events for charities

Cummins has always supported me through my studies and work base learning they are so supportive. They are also flexible on when I work and study and exam seasons to make it the best experience for me

Cummins base themselfs off having a friendly and supportive community and throughout the business you will see this. Ensure you can match their objectives of being a supportive and friendly person
