Press Maintenance, looking after equipment and anything to do with the press
Improved my welding skills and knowledge of the new technology of the Schuler Press.
It's very enjoyable and prefer now being on shift.
It's good and I think it has improved over the years but there's still room for improvement.
A lot especially recently considering some family issues as of late.
It's alright can definitely be better and communication needs to be better and getting a timely response.
Year 1 helped in developing hands on skills but after that not really a lot
Yes, school events and training provided to improve roles for the job and charity events to get involved in.

Great working environment to work in, especially Swindon Plant it's like a family as we have smaller work force than other plants.
Be yourself and really there's only 2 things I say you need as an Apprentice. Eagerness to learn and a sense of humor
