  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Love it. I've been lucky enough to be a part of the Marcus Wareing programme within Compass and I've learnt so much in the last 6 months alone. Can't wait to put it to good use.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I've definitely become more confident in front of crowds. I was involved in a sales bid a few months back and I had to stand and speak in front of a group of clients and I didn't feel as nervous as I usually do.

  • Yes, I've been invited to multiple, one of which was at parliament for a networking event catered towards apprentices. It was quite eye opening and informative.
