My role is a HR support apprentice, as I am in a different function of Human Resources my role is interesting and is different every day. My day to day tasks involve me checking the system and assigning reports and cases, I usually have meetings either with my manager or team.
Yes
I really enjoy my programme, as I have the support and I get the experience as well as learn something new every day about either my role, organisation and myself.
My programme is very organised/structured.
A large amount of support.
I feel they help a lot, as we learn a lot about our role.
We have social activities in the office which colleagues can participate in.
Yes
Because of the support they offer to all apprentices whether this is from the New Gen talent team or the managers, also because of how much new knowledge I have gained from being in the business and completing my apprenticeship. I would also recommend because apprentices do not get treated differently we get treated the same as all other employee which helps with the experiences we get offered.
Do not be afraid to ask questions.
