Amazing we get to attend different venues across the company and learn subjects that i can fullfill in my current role. I have also learnt how to challenge certain objects when I dont feel it is right, I feel that the course is challenging me in a good way
Yes - Learnt how to challenge the right way. Understanding wine and relating it to the menu. Understanding about service Dealing with staff and conflict and how emotional intelligence works with dealing with this
I enjoyed learns new things every day. I do enjoy meeting with other candidates and there experience and the tasks we do together
Yes really structure at the start we had a program monthly by month and we know what we are doing so i can plan around.
My employer supports my development as my manager like to know how i am doing, he also has a meeting with [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] 1 a quarter and ask questions. Yes - I feel my confident has definitely increase as the knowledge through the program and people have noticed from client relations
Social events we do regular i am also trying to get involved in more networking events

They are supportive of the training and development as when i started the company they introduced me to the program and I wanted to do it and my manager supported this
