I come up with reinsurance solutions for my clients and broke to markets to achieve the best outcomes
I have developed a lot of skills, particularly in presenting which is an area I struggled with
I think it is beneficial and my coach was incredibly helpful but sometimes it interfered with me getting fully involved in my role and progressing
It is very structured but I think it could benefit from a more pragmatic approach - especially given our roles where taking 20% of our time each week is not always easy due to renewal periods.
My team is excellent, as a company as a whole though I think it needs improvement
From my coach I have received an amazing amount of help
It gives me a good background for some of the topics I see day to day
I co-captain the company Netball team and am in the Inclusion and Diversity committee

The large graduate cohort gives junior starters a great start alongside people who become great friends.
Think about what you want from a role day to day so that your placed somewhere suited to you - there are hundreds of different roles in Aon and so the day to day can look very different
