It is really nice to go on different workshops that are run by high calibre people. Meet many new people Be given different opportunities to do competitions/training both in person and online.
Regularly meetings/ zoom calls The team at hit are super friendly and always their if you need any help. My tutor is very flexible as we have a busy schedule and can’t always meet every appointment, she is more than happy to make other arrangements for us
They are very supportive always asking how I am getting on, checking if we need any particular help or guidance towards are apprentice. Always given time to complete tasks when we need.
They are always there if you need anything. The team get back to you very quickly. I have had no issues so far.
It will help me gain a better understanding of how to work towards a higher position in my job. It will make me a more rounded individual and help the team and site perform better. The more knowledgeable I gain the better i can perform my job.
Working in other areas sometimes can gain you knowledge of how other areas work. But not many extra curricular activities to my knowledge.
