  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Overall, the programe is well-structured and provides a clear framework for developing management and leadership skills. The course content is comprehensive, covering key areas such as strategic planning, team leadership, and operational management. However, having to postpone my learning for personal reasons highlighted both the flexibility and challenges within the programe. While I appreciate the ability to pause and resume my studies, catching up has required careful time management and self-discipline. Despite this, the support from tutors and the structured modules have helped me stay on track and continue progressing effectively.

  • My employer has been generally supportive of my studies, recognizing the value that the Level 5 Management and Leadership programe brings to my role. However, due to operational pressures, finding dedicated study time has sometimes been challenging. While there is an understanding of the importance of professional development, the demands of day-to-day responsibilities can make it difficult to allocate uninterrupted study time. That said, when possible, I have received encouragement and flexibility, which has helped me progress through the programe despite these challenges.
