Yes, i have developed many skills not limited to Leadership, Quality Control, Logistics Managemet, and obviously the practical skills associated with the trade.
I enjoy the people i work with, the work i do, and the other benefits of the company make it an extremely pleasurable place to work.
The course i am on is structured well, especially the NVQ portfolio as it allows you to see exactly what next is needed to complete your qualification.
I recieve a decent level of support from my employer, with check ins and meetings happening often to ensure progress is being made.
My trainer provider is extremely helpful, giving us guidance on how to complete the NVQ and additionally organises industry based shows and events to take the class to.
The qualification is essential for my role. Things i learn in college can be directly applied to my work.
My company frequently organises social events for milestones, and other gatherings for sports events like 5 a side football against other firms for teambuilding.
