Mobilisations, business optimisation, project delivery and operational support. I manage a central function that deliver the listed duties.

I have gained a proficient understanding of financial planning and managing conflict. Project delivery and understanding methods of coaching proved valuable. As my role varies, I will use most of the methods introduced in the course.

I thoroughly enjoy the programme. Being able to network with my peers, and work with them to share our learning throughout the course has helped my development. The course is interactive and gives examples that is relevant to my job role.
