  • Mobilisations, business optimisation, project delivery and operational support. I manage a central function that deliver the listed duties.

  • I have gained a proficient understanding of financial planning and managing conflict. Project delivery and understanding methods of coaching proved valuable. As my role varies, I will use most of the methods introduced in the course.

  • I thoroughly enjoy the programme. Being able to network with my peers, and work with them to share our learning throughout the course has helped my development. The course is interactive and gives examples that is relevant to my job role.

  • Very well. The modules are well planned and executed and there is plenty of support between sessions.

  • I receive considerable support from my employer. Both my line manager and the company as a whole encourage me to spend time to deliver my work.

  • I receive ample support from the training provider. Both in structured sessions and out of session support.

  • As the content is relevant and challenging, I believe that the course will make me a more rounded manager. It will help me deal with challenging situations and allows me to develop my team.

  • There are always networking events, network groups and social activities within the teams.
