  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have just learnt the processes more thoroughly on a large and smaller scale, the specific skills I would have developed would only be adjusting to the logic behind the process steps/ precautions in building the magnet, how to streamline the steps whilst spotting any unnecessary risks and how to use different machinery, systems and moving equipment.

  • Although the immediate organization in learning skills is great making regular training courses easy I feel that there is a lack of direction especially when the time frame for getting any other higher level apprenticeship is limited and would love to have a informed conversation about possible prospects or a list of possible apprenticeships that could be available.
