  • My Role as a Digital Support Technician Apprentice Includes working In The service Tools team where i help onbarding customers onto servicenow , My day-to-day usually includes checking for tickets Assigned to me on our incident management Platform BMC remedy, and complete them, These tickets usually be configuring a user on service now, also I often work on datasets where I import the data into servicenow and complete datasets for clients with the mentorship of my colleagues
