  • Supporting Business case and Benefits Manager in maintaining the Benefit tracker. Collating relevant source material and data for use in the Benefits Realisation Plan. Support the Business Case Manager in collating relevant source material for the Business case. Support the BC and BR team with organising key meetings.

  • Risk Management, Planning, Quality Management, Governance, Stakeholder and Communication Management, Leadership, Communication and Drive for Results.

  • I have enjoyed every bit of the programme right from the beginning. Live events have been very useful.

  • It is well organised but there is scope to improve further.

  • I have received complete support from my employer and thanks to my Line Manager.

  • I have received good support from my training provider. Also prep during live events were helpful in passing my APM exams.

  • It has boost my confidence a lot. My confidence in understanding the context of the project or programme has been improved a lot.

  • Sometime. Mostly, i have been focusing on preparing for my apprenticeship.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • So far it has promoted equality and gave everyone chance to learn and develop themselves. Hope I will be given chance again to work within the project after my apprenticeship is completed.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Department for Work and Pensions?
  • Research about the role and criteria before applying. Prepare yourself if you fill there are any gaps that need to be fulfilled before applying.
