Inverter powertrain requirements engineering
Lots and lots of new skills I have devloped. Personal ability has improved from support from employer aswell as proffessional skills
Wanted to join the program for 7 years now and it is better than I expected. Fantastic place to work
Poor organisation at times but somewhat expected. Application was a mess and took 2 years to apply.
Lucky to have a supportive manager however luckily if I wasn't with a good manager I would think it is fairly easy to change due to size of business.
Uni of Warwick has been very good. The struggle is when I try to manage uni within work time and finsing the right balance
Fairly relevant for what I expect from a general university course however there is substantial amount of training that isn't so relevant.
Badminton, hiking planning committee, classic cars group, go karting, lots and lots, very lucky at JLR
Yes
Great pay, large company-good for apprentice learning, job security and healthy learning environment
Expect not to get the job, its so hard to get in and the 3rd party HR with reqruitment is not effective
