I really enjoy the range of work I complete. For example, I have shifted from complex advisory work to past-faced transactional work in my new team. I am also offered opportunities for expand my role in my team and wider firm.
I am currently learning how to complete a transaction and its lifecycle. I am doing my own independent research into AI and cryptocurrency.
To a very large extent. I enjoy the range of work, the people I work with and the opportunities I get offered.
I have a structure very similar to a traditional training contract, which makes the rotations much easier for me.
I get a fair bit of support from my employer when I raise specific concerns.
My skills coach is fantastic and an amazing support system for me.
I don't think work experience and qualification (SQE) match very much, but still provide important skills.
There are numerous internal networks, such as Women's Network, Football, Clay pigeon shooting, etc.
Yes
The firm has a friendly culture, great training and numerous opportunities which I admire.
Be yourself! CMS is a relationship law firm and are looking for people who can contribute to this.
