Training in our first year starts at 8am by then we should be sat and ready to start all lessons. Currently we are studying PLC's and the experience has been amazing since I am a mature student I have touched on PLC's but was not confident enough until I came onto the apprenticeship program..
Yes I have developed my PLC skills to confident.
Very much the support from my lecturer's and managers has been amazing and I look forward to being a very productive and reliable employee after training.
Very well structured and ample time to complete our paperwork which can at times be overwhelming.
BMW were amazing in support and having my basic pay unaffected by the training course has left me feeling appreciated as a student and employee.
Amazing lecturer's who love what they do.
Absolutely much needed to have a better understanding of my role and functioning of equipment.
Networking with other apprentices and also the support I get from the senior guys has been pleasant.
