My role as A Global People Experience and Optimization Specialists involves going to processes and finding way to improve and optimise. Creating training modules for People Partners and sending out the monthly people experience news letter. I also get involved in the Governance and Annual Audit.
I have learnt many new skills related Excel ad Power Bi. Developed my communication, team working and project management skills.
