I enjoy the programme. I like the university is delivered in block weeks. I receive good support from my business and mentor in delivering what it required.
Could be clearer in what the journey over the course of the 5 years looks like in regards to Kier and personal progression. Programme with the uni is clear and outlined from the beginning.
I feel supported by the business and my mentor whether being given time to carry out my university work or asking questions and prioritising my development.
There is support offered if you face problems with deadlines, technology etc. Work-based learning coach helps to provide suport when you are at work between blockweeks
I believe the theory assist alongside the work i complete at work and helps to solidify my knowledge.
Kier offers social activities, whether it is within your smaller project teams or as a business unit. Also provide various activities through the year such as moving through may. The emerging talent group also provide days once a quarter for us to get together.
