  • As an apprentice, my role involves managing key operational tasks to ensure smooth project delivery. Weekly reporting - Preparing and updating reports to provide project insights and track progress. Comms - Keeping the team/stakeholders informed through regular newsletters and sharing updates.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Stakeholder communication - Improved my ability to provide clear updates and manage expectations. Project reporting & analysis - Gained experience in compiling and interpreting project data for weekly reports. Attention to detail - Ensuring accuracy in reporting, contracts, and communication updates.

  • It's great.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Very well structured. Foundation Managers (Early Professional Managers) are supportive, knowledgeable and always go the extra mile.

  • Support is good - access to healthcare and lots of Business Resource Groups (BRGs) to build your network.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My employer is also my education provider so completing my qualifications/learning plan has been straightforward as my Foundation Manager ensured that I hit all KSBs through our monthly catch ups.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Same as above. If I am struggling in my hit KSBs in my role, my Task Manager can meet my Foundation Manager to outline expectations of my apprenticeship.

  • Yes, lots of BRGs - Book Club, EP Embrace and FND Females.

  • Complete IBM Skills Build badges to enhance your knowledge in a variety of areas. It's crucial to show business knowledge or interest in Technology, so upskill and dive into a course.
