  • University block weeks is ideal along with the type of jobs and support i receive make it enjoyable and a great learning experience.

  • Very well structured and organised. Each subject leads on to the next.

  • Daily support by the more senior staff around me.

  • Plenty of support in the form of training sessions and time to complete tasks.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • A lot better as it gives insight into various other parts of construction as well as knowledge on areas that would otherwise be hard to understand.

  • Not sure as i don't live in this region i commute.

  • Good place to work with lots of senior to people to learn from. Everyone is positive about helping you progress and learn.

  • Come prepared to learn and don't be afraid to make mistakes
