Managing packages of works/ various subcontractors. Managing budget, maximising value whilst reducing cost.

University block weeks is ideal along with the type of jobs and support i receive make it enjoyable and a great learning experience.
Very well structured and organised. Each subject leads on to the next.
Daily support by the more senior staff around me.
Plenty of support in the form of training sessions and time to complete tasks.
A lot better as it gives insight into various other parts of construction as well as knowledge on areas that would otherwise be hard to understand.

Good place to work with lots of senior to people to learn from. Everyone is positive about helping you progress and learn.
Come prepared to learn and don't be afraid to make mistakes
