  • Repair/exchanging smart meters, tackling other problems around the meter & solving. Providing excellent customer service. Communicating with colleagues and maintaining safety and organization with van.

  • Yes many, very good trainers & mentors who have helped me build strong knowledge and comfortability with the role

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Half very much, half very stressful due to amount of unnecessary data input taking away time from learning and absorbing new knowledge and skills. Data input is longer than the job itself

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • made no sense to start gas then do electric then back to gas. Caused a lot of stress within the group as a lot of new gas knowledge was lost when focusing on electric before doing our gas exams first. Gas ras documents too repetitive.

  • Always giving solutions to issues we have unless may not be part of someone's role

  • The Trainers and Mentors are very effective and have helped alot throughout my journey

  • by making sure I've learnt all the basic knowledge to acquire that role

  • sometimes organized football, work xmas parties, hotel with gym access when staying at training center

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Because it is the best company I've worked for so far in terms of looking after employees, the reward for your work is more worth the effort than anywhere else. All round best working environment
