In my role I am placed in different parts of the company for 6 week periods at a time where I gain knowledge and understanding of different parts of the company
Yes I have learnt plenty of electronics skills and used various new software while completing my apprenticeship.
I thoroughly enjoy my program and would recommend to many others in my position.
It is very well organised and gives me an understanding of the company/industry so that I can gain knowledge in this industry.
My employer has regular contact with me and guides me where I want to go as well as offloading their knowledge onto me so I can develop.
My training provider supports me on a regular basis and ensures I have the tools I need to complete tasks.
It built up my knowledge and understanding of things in the workplace.
There is clubs and commities that I have access to if I want to join.
