Makeing sure I complete morning opening tasks, general front of house work , makeing sure food goes out on-time and is to specification, conduct customer feedback and ask them for reviews where possible, make sure online orders are completed, support new team members ect
More knowledge of what management entail on a daily basis, more knowledge how to give feedback to team members
I enjoy the confidence to that it has given me and the knowledge for further progression
I wasn't sure what I was doing at first but as soon as I got a coach who went through everything with me that helped a lot , great structure as each module is structured in an understandable way.
We are a busy place so it is quite hard to find the time to sit and discuss things would definitely appreciate more apprenticeship involvement from them
There is alot of ways in which apprentices get support. This can be from the lifetime coach online chat and online help
More knowledge of how to help and support the team and managers. Greater knowledge of leadership and skills needed to be a good team leader

They have good incentives, higher pay, investors in progression, supportive when it was lockdown
This job has ups and downs but if your dedicated to hospitality then it is for you
