Completing actions relevant to the project, attending meetings and learning about different roles and responsibilities
I have developed many skills. I came to NatWest not knowing much. i have since developed confidence in presentations, better design skills, understanding of projects, pupose and knowledge of AI and much more
I like the Programme as they have helped me incredibly to build up my experience and understanding of the Banking and project managing sectors.
I think the Programme is moderately organized. i think it could definitely be improved.
I receive support from managers, team members and other colleagues that i would reach out to.
The provide a lot of resources and access to relevant information that helps the degree and my understanding.
