Good however Patch weeks can sometimes be all over the place

From acadmey teachers and managers theres lots of support however not much support from my region manager

Me personally my advice would be the management. I've had several issues with my manager already however have only been here for 6 months, whether its how he's talking to me or the support hes offering me. I dont feel he respects what im doing or me in general
