  • The apprenticeship involves developing our knowledge on gas and electrics. I really like the way the apprenticeship throws you straight into learning and give you the resources needed from day 1. Some criticism would be that the vans have frequently had some faults and some people diddnt have mentors initially.

  • I like the variety of working both in the academy and on patch.

  • For the most part good butnsome people have had issues with getting mentors and some trainers are being swapped around.
