On a day to day basis my job role involves completing DIP certificates for our clients.

New skills I have developed are knowledge within the mortgage sector and mortgage terminology such as DIP (Decision In Principle).

Yes
They always put employees first and really care about each individual. There salary for a new starter is very fair and overall have a very good reputation which makes them even more attractive to work for.
Always take up every opportunity you get when offered by the society.
