My day to day role involves driving into the academy or to a job in my patch. I will either be in the academy with my mentor going through class content or I’ll be shadowing a mentor from patch on a job on patch. Patch is when your working day starts from your house and you drive to the customers house to start the job.
Yes I’ve learnt quite a few things from both patch and academy learning
I enjoy the programme. Is a slow start and could be more hands on with the learning from the start. It would be nice to implement our learning into the real world
8th week in, still missing tools and uniform.
My mentor, teacher and manager are all nice and welcoming
