As an apprenticeship I spend sometimes learning the theory part of my role in an academy and the other time I am doing practical with my mentor.
I have learnt many things I previously did not know in relation to the things I will be doing in my role once I am fully qualified.
I enjoy my programme a lot because it has exposed me to things I would have not otherwise have learned and I like the mix of practical and theory.
It is well organised and the structure of the programme has been good. The only improvement would be providing equipment on time.
I have been assured by my trainer that he is available for help any time that I need.
This is not relevant to me as I have only recently started my apprenticeship.
I feel that I will be able to perform my job competently once I am qualified
