huge opportunity for growth. Largest construction company in the UK so has the most amount of opportunity and resources. Plenty of people to work along side and shadow to gain skills actually needed to progress. Great work life balance with flexi start and finish
It is completely worth while and has the potential to set you up for great things in life so definitely stick to it
