The program has given me a deeper knowledge about managing people and developing my knowledge further with understanding the retail business

Very well structured. My coach has been helpful in every possible way from getting me ready for gateway to functional skills

My understanding is better of why we do certain types of things and not just some random thing that isn’t going to help me perform my role or my team perform their tasks
