Yeah, as an apprentice everything ive learnt so far is a new skill as i came straight from sixth form
I thoroughly enjoy it as it varies every day
it is organised as i have scheduled things in my calendar, dedicated university days and organsied meetings, weekly or biweekly
i receive alot of support from my manager with talking everyday and guidance if needed as well as my employer doing apprentice meetings and team building days.
I receive alot of support and there are many support networks available, and my AOO is helpful too.
i feel confident that it assists in my role
we have had trainind days that benefit knowledge of the industry, and an apprentice open evening i took part in

Because since being here i have developed my skills so much and come so far, i have networked with many other apprentices and grown in confidence.
