Processing and analysis of customer data to monitor and identify trends. Supporting colleagues with data collection, and production of reports.
I have learned new skills in PowerBI, RStudio and Python that have levelled up my analytic skills significantly.
There have been some very interesting topics covered, particularly in the area of technology adoption and the theories behind it. Overall very interesting and have enjoyed implementing my learnings in the workplace.
I like the mix of in person and online teaching, as well as the variety of content at one time. Some lecturers are better than others at structuring the material however overall has been ok.
My employer is very supportive. I am given the protected time needed to meet the apprenticeship requirements, with the flexibility to take more time in work hours if I need. My line manager is very supportive allowing the programme to guide the type of work I am doing, and finding the right people for me to talk to.
Regular catchups with skills coach. Open communications with lecturers/module leaders.
