  • Not clear on what you are learning or what needs doing to achieve the grade. lack of empathy from the training provider. Training provider seems overwhelmed with it all and repeats/states they do not have time to give feedback or help due to large amounts of people are they teaching. Very unprofessional. Not able to give advice or instruction due to their own lack of knowledge.
