In the academy, loads of educational material to go through, power point and practical training. On patch I join my mentor on his daily jobs go to actual people house and fix actual real problems.
Developed my existing skills in plumbing and electricity, and integrated all within the gas industry.
I find the program unnecessarily prolonged, I do understand that people learn on different pace, but I wish to do my exams as soon as possible and get qualified, I am totally ready for it.
Very organised inside the academy and on patch, its all built well to give me more hands on experience.
I receive good level if support on different levels professional and personal from the employer, manager and teachers.
