    • I work on high profile client audits mainly for FTSE 500 companies. Day to day includes working on different accounts and assuming full responsibility for these.

    • I have developed a strong proficiency using excel as a new skill. Additionally, I have developed my interpersonal skills and leadership abilities.

    • I find the content very interesting and highly applicable to my day to day work.

    • The programme is well structured with a clear pathway of what to expect and what's upcoming.

    • EY provides me with a lot of support especially when work gets busy as they understand and accommodate for my revision and study time for the ICAEW course.

    • We receive constant support and can contact them whenever we feel we may need help.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    • Most modules are extremely relevant however some do seem hard to see the relevance in for my specific role.

    • We have a plethora of things to get involved with. I play for the football team regularly and we have a whole host of networking events.

    • The culture of the company really stands out as well as the opportunities working at a firm like EY provides looking to the future.

    • Make sure you educate yourself as to what to expect from working at a company like EY and ensure it aligns with your personal goals.
