  • i am an area manager for the AA, i lead a team of 27 patrolman in my area, my role consists of balancing day to day roadside operations and also Performance management

  • its very good, time is the issue for the workbooks as we have limited time to deliver each workbook.

  • a lot from my line manager and colleagues who are also on the course.

  • very much so i find my self considering other options with dealing with people and looking for longer term gains rather than short bursts
