i am an area manager for the AA, i lead a team of 27 patrolman in my area, my role consists of balancing day to day roadside operations and also Performance management

its very good, time is the issue for the workbooks as we have limited time to deliver each workbook.
very well so far
a lot from my line manager and colleagues who are also on the course.

very much so i find my self considering other options with dealing with people and looking for longer term gains rather than short bursts
