In the absence of store manager, looking after store operations and working on delivery, handling colleagues issues ,making sure safety at work maintained.
Yes, I have build confidence dealing with people, how to answer interviews etc.

I haven't got any support from CO-OP, But I leart how to find things on my own and it builds more confidence in me.

Nothing, as there was no experience manager available to help. I didn't receive any support. As I mentioned, it helped me to explore my capabilities and build my confidence.

They arranged time when I was behind with my tasks they provided me with knowledge needed to complete the tasks.

CO-OP is a good company.
It's only good for part timers and people who don't have goals to progress as there is a lot of favouritism in the region where I worked. There are less opportunities to progress as a store manager as company changes the way of operating.
