Performance Leader - I manage a team of 20 Roadside breakdown patrols.

Yes, carrying out this course i have learnt a lot more skills to help me improve

I really enjoy the workshops and learning from other people. I am learning how to improve on what i already do

It's been invaluable, i have learnt a number of new skills which i already put in to practice

I feel from my experience there is a good path way to develop your career

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to The AA?

It's the best job i have done, I have been here for 20 years and still classed as a youngster compared to others who have been here 35-45 years, just that shows its a good company to work for
