  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The apprenticeship programme is very well structured. My tutor explained the requirements and expectations of the course clearly and in detail. The work side of the programme I would say is down to whether your manager has experience/understands the needs of an apprentice. Unilever apprentice/future careers team are very knowledgeable and supportive.
