Looking after elderly in care home setting that have variety of needs from dementia , learning disabilities to nursing needs making sure that personal care needs are met.
Yes learnt new skills how to deal with residents with dementia.
Have enjoyed the variety of online learning within the program not just assignment based work
Orangised however sometimes take ages for work to be marked and responded to
Have had some support from employer however mange to complete qualification with little help.
My training provider has been helpful thought the course giving me ideas of how to extend each assignment.
