  • day to day as national trainer i am wroking in team with other national trainers to deliver new site openings training and welcome people to wagamama or with existing sites we deliver training and standard control to make sure the expiriance is consistant a cross the bussiness also creating or supportinmg in creating training content

  • yes withing my role i have develop a lot of my skills from delivering to creating content and this healped me with aprentaceship and also helped me in my current role

  • really enjoy it ! work helps me a lot to achive things and am really happy with progress

  • its well orgenised and work is really stepping in to help me when i have a problem or i need future support

  • a lot as mention before they made me really flexable and always can reach out to anyone and they are all happy to support even out side of my team

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • regular calls at least one every 4 weeks but whenever i need them its easy to jump on a call with them even the same day how ever cipd sessions are 3 hopurs loing with total of 20 minte break and i find it overwelming with informatiuon and essentially not learning a lot thoes sessions are mainly for support on where to find information to complite task rather than teaching but give them the support you could ask but wasnt as smooth as with their L and D department

  • yes it does as it makes me work with all departments and learning from them

  • a lot of activities throw the year, seminars , working with other bussiness teams, upskilling sessions and football team, yoga sessions, boxing sessions and more
