I work as part of a team, screening candidates to go on customer sites, run reports and other administrative tasks.
I have learned many skills, such as with multiple applications (Outlook, Excel), with my confidence and knowledge in my role.
I enjoy the programme very much, I enjoy working with my team they are all very nice. I really enjoy the work side of things.
It is very well organised, I had some issue with emails being sent to the wrong address but this was resolved very quickly.
Very much, my manager is the best and there is lots of support from the Future Talent team.
There is lots of support, the tasks are detailed with what they expect from you and you can always ask for extra support, which you get a quick response from.
It has helped me with my business etiquette, and helping me to work in an office environment.
Yes there are many to get involved in and they are advertised on our company portal so you can join in if you wish.
