  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • A lot! I started at the company as a cleaner, and was then offered the position of event coordinator. I have gained new skills and responsibilities, and am now doing level 3 in HR that I always wanted. I have helped on projects with the HR department since then.

  • I have really enjoyed my course, it has taught me a lot of things that were a little confusing, like laws, equality, and a fantastic program.

  • Very well organized, my tutor is always willing to help, I have also received support in English and math, which is my second language.

  • Absolutely. With each class I learn new things that I can apply to my job role, this will qualify me to one day be able to progress in my HR career.

  • I started working as a cleaner at Compass. My English was very basic, but that didn't stop me from having opportunities to show my potential. From my first day, I saw the opportunities being given, and I am one proof of how much Compass cares about the well-being of the employees and is committed to providing opportunities to those who seek them. That's why I would definitely recommend Compass to a friend!
