I run the shift meaning the customer get a great experience with fast and friendly connections with the staff and gets there food with speed but also quality
I have learnt to be a lot more patient with everyone including my self and learning that mistakes aren’t bad there just a learning curve if you take it the correct way
I enjoy doing something new and learning new things and how to change my leading style
It is very well organised with each day I’ll have an activity to do and at the end nd of the month I’ll have a little test on everything I’ve learnt
I get a bit I get 4 hours a month but I usually just do it at home so I don’t fall behind
Yeah we have meetings every few months and if I have any questions she’s always really helpful
I feel like I’ve learnt how to talk and hand situations better and how I can change my leadership depending on the circumstances
