Legal Drafting, Managing Caseloads
Yes, I have gained legal experience in 3 different teams. I have also developed soft skills as well.
More due to the training provider as there is a new apprenticeship standard so their guidance is constantly changing
we are the the first cohort so we are learning alongside management
They are a great help when getting support from the training provider
They are hard to contact and they are constantly changing the guidance on the end point assessment which makes it extremely confusing
It give an explanation to the procedures that take place and increases legal knowledge, preparing me for the sqe
We have people networks and I am the senior event project manager for the ethnic diversity network. Allowing me to connect with colleagues around the business but there isn't much purely social events for apprentices
Yes
But it depends on what apprenticeship, for law I am less likely but they are not offering that at the moment
Be yourself and kind, that will get you the furthest in the application process
